The International Welcome Desk is a free multi-service facility at the Université de Perpignan Via Domitia, whose main mission is to inform, guide and assist international students, PhD students and researchers with their administrative procedures (residence permit, social security registration, benefits, health insurance etc.). It has a dedicated area to help you complete all your online administrative procedures, as well as a wealth of documents on practical issues, administrative procedures and everyday life in Perpignan.

International Mentoring

International Mentoring is a free scheme in which a UPVD student helps you to settle in as soon as you arrive.

What does having a mentor mean?

• Meeting your mentor before you arrive
• A warm welcome at the station or airport
• Being shown to your accommodation
• Benefiting from support, if necessary, to help you with administrative procedures
• Exploring a new language and culture, and taking part in events together
