In accordance with the decision of the Board of Governors the 15th December 2023, international students who are not nationals of a European Union member state, an European Economic Area member state, the Swiss Confederation, the Principality of Andorra, the Principality of Monaco or the Province of Quebec, known as ‘non-EU’ students, preparing a national degree, will pay the same fees as national students from the 2024-2025 academic year.
2023/2024 amount as indication (subject to change):- Undergraduate degree 170€
- Master 243€
- You live in a country with a CEF (Centre Etudes en France) procedure
- If you live in a country on the list, you must follow the procedure below:
- 1st year of study (Licence1, DEUST1, BUT1): Complete a DAP file (white or yellow) from 01/10/2023 to 15/12/2023 on the Campus France website in your country
- BTS, Ecole or CPGE:Parcoursup
- Deust2, BUT2 and 3, L2, L3, LPro, M1, M2: Apply via Campus France from 01/10/2023 to .... (not communicated by the Embassy)
- PhD: Contact the doctoral schools that offer the research subjects that interest you. Once you have received a positive response, apply for a ‘passeport talent-chercheur’ visa from the French consulate or embassy in your country of residence
- You live in a country without a CEF procedure

- 1st year of study (Licence1, DEUST1, BUT1): Complete a DAP file (white or yellow) from 01/10/2023 to 15/12/2023 with the cultural service of the French Embassy
- DUT1, DEUST1, BTS, Ecole, CPGE: Parcoursup
- Deust2, BUT2 et 3, L2, L3: Complete an application dossier with the LPro establishment, M2: Apply via ecandidat
- Master 1: Find my Master
- PhD: Contact the doctoral schools that offer the research subjects that interest you. Once you have received a positive response, apply for a ‘passeport talent-chercheur’ visa from the French consulate or embassy in your country of residence
- You live in a France and have a foreign qualification (giving access to higher education)

- To enrol on the 1st year of an undergraduate degree: you must complete a DAP Vert file, which you can download and submit to the central registrar's office.

- To register for DUT2, DEUST2, BUT2 and 3, Licence Professionnelle, Master 2: ecandidat

- You are a European student

You are a national of one of the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (Greek), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Swiss Confederation, United Kingdom.
- For a 1st year of study, you must apply via the Parcoursup system
- For an L2 or 3 (Law, AES and LSH only), you must complete an application directly with the establishment
- For an L2, L3 (IAE, SEE, STAPS), LPro, M2 and some DU: Apply via ecandidat
- For Master 1: Register on the Find my Master platform
- French language proficiency test (TCF)

You must prove that you have a good knowledge of French. If you do not hold a DALF C1 or C2 or a DELF B2 or the TCF level 4 (with a minimum of 10/20 in the written test) or you have not studied in a country where French is the official language or in a French bilingual section, you will have to take the Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF) organised by the CIEP (Centre International d'Etudes Pédagogiques).
